Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through the quiz handoff and assessment form, such as your full name, email address, optional phone number, ancestry details, quiz result context, and free-text notes. We may also collect basic analytics information about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use the information to review your case, reply to your inquiry, improve the site, and manage assessment requests. We do not sell your personal information.
How it is stored
Assessment requests are stored in our Supabase-backed lead system. We use reasonable technical measures to protect access, but no online system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Third-party services
We use service providers such as Supabase for data storage, Cloudflare for hosting, and OpenReplay for site analytics and troubleshooting. These providers process information only as needed to operate the site and service.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through the site, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification.
