Our Money-Back Guarantee
This page explains our money-back guarantee in clear, simple terms for our Canadian citizenship by descent services.
Our Promise
If your Canadian citizenship certificate application is not approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) despite passing our preliminary review and completing our recommended process, we will, subject to the conditions set forth below, either correct and resubmit the application or provide a partial refund of the Service Fee paid to us, typically equal to two-thirds (2/3) of the total Service Fee.
To Qualify for the Guarantee, You Must:
- Provide all requested family records, dates, and information in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
- Pay Government Fees if required for your application.
- Cooperate with all reasonable requests from our team or IRCC throughout the processing period.
When the Guarantee Does NOT Apply:
- If your application is rejected or returned due to a failure to follow our submission instructions.
- If issues arise because you or any family member provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information about your lineage.
- If your case is impacted by changes in Canadian citizenship law, IRCC regulations, or government policies after your agreement date.
- If your application is affected by criminal background checks or misrepresentation findings.
- If you fail to provide required documents from archives or government offices when instructed.
